These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between EIRL Stéphane MATHURIN, hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer", wishing to benefit from the passenger transport services with driver offered by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider offers passenger transport services with driver (VTC) including:

All bookings are confirmed by sending a confirmation email containing the service details (date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, fare).
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when booking: name, phone, email, pick-up and destination addresses, number of passengers, number of luggage.

All rates are indicated in euros including tax (VAT at 10%).
A free quote can be established upon request. It is valid for 30 days from its issue date.
Payments can be made:
An invoice is issued for each service and sent by email to the Customer within 48 hours following the completion of the service.
Any booking modification must be communicated at least 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Modifications are subject to availability.
In case of force majeure (severe weather, vehicle breakdown, driver illness), the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the service. The Customer will be fully refunded.

In case of Customer delay at the meeting point, the driver will wait 15 minutes free of charge. Beyond that, waiting time may be charged at the rate of 30€/hour. After 30 minutes of delay without news from the Customer, the service will be considered cancelled and charged at 100%.
Luggage transport is included in the rate within the vehicle's capacity limit. The Service Provider declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage to luggage and personal items left in the vehicle.
The vehicle is insured in accordance with current regulations. The Service Provider has professional liability insurance covering bodily and material damage caused to third parties.
Personal data collected during booking (name, first name, email, phone, addresses) are necessary for the execution of the service and billing. They are stored securely and are neither sold nor transmitted to third parties.
In accordance with GDPR, the Customer has a right of access, rectification and deletion of their personal data by contacting contact@ssint.fr.
Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@ssint.fr within 7 days following the service. The Service Provider commits to respond within 48 hours.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Otherwise, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Toulouse.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The applicable T&C are those in force at the booking date.
Validation of a booking implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
